Joe Thompson is a Client Advisor and Partner who specializes in managing risk for condominium associations. Joe is certified through the state to provide continuing education credits to Community Association Managers to fulfill their professional licensing requirements. Joe’s industry expertise is sought after as he is frequently invited to teach continuing education courses and has educated thousands of managers and board members over the years. He is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) South Gulf Coast Chapter and West Chapter. He has been recognized twice by Insurance Business America as one of the country’s “Top Producers”, and is a three time “Top 100 Producer” within Acrisure. Joe attended Florida Gulf Coast University and holds a degree in political science and a graduate degree in administration and management.
