Commercial Lines Account Manager

The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for assisting new and renewal clients with service needs on accounts that generate generally more than $2,500 in annual commission. Must secure valid 220 license within 180 days of hire. Minimum 3 years commercial lines customer service experience or 1-year customer service representative experience and 2 years as a customer service assistant. This is a 100% in-house position. Commercial Lines Account Service Associate

The Commercial Lines Account Service Associate (ASA) is responsible for assisting the Commercial Lines service staff and Client Advisors (as necessary) in servicing new and existing accounts, with a positive attitude, as stated by agency guidelines and procedures. Personal Lines Client Advisor

The PL Client Advisor serves a dual role to generate and intake/onboard new PL clients with minimum revenue of $500 while following the PL New Business Guidelines. This role will maintain a small book of business to service and will be responsible for assisting new and renewal clients with service needs. Onboarding new clients includes the qualification of prospective clients based on agency guidelines, marketing of the account (in conjunction with PRS Marketing when required) and presenting recommendations for coverage. Service responsibilities are assigned per guidelines, procedures, quality, and service standards as stated by the agency. This position is 100% in office role. Personal Lines Technical Assistant

The Personal Lines Technical Assistant is responsible for processing policy renewals and pulling daily carrier activity transactions into the agency management system from carrier websites.  Ensure accuracy of new and existing data input into the automation system.  A Personal Lines Technical Assistant is committed to delivering a consistently impeccable experience.
